Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the International Democratic Education Conference, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register.
2. Registration
- Registration is required to attend the conference. Participants must complete the registration form and provide accurate information.
- Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
3. Payment
- Fees are due upon registration. Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@eudec2025.org. Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
- 80% refund if canceled more than 30 days prior to the conference.
- No refund if canceled less than 30 days before the conference.
5. Accommodation and Meals
- Accommodation choices are subject to availability and must be selected at the time of registration.
- The conference will provide vegetarian and vegan meals, with or without gluten. For any additional dietary needs, participants are responsible for arranging their own meals.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the conference without refund.
7. Liability
The conference organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the conference, including travel-related incidents. Participants are advised to secure their own insurance.
8. Photography and Recording
The conference may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If a participant does not wish to be photographed or recorded, they should inform the registration desk at the start of the conference.
9. Changes to the Conference
The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or speakers as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with Belgian law.
11. Privacy Policy
- The personal information collected during registration is used solely for the purpose of organizing the conference and facilitating communication with participants.
- Personal information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or to service providers who assist in the organization of the conference.
