We understand that the conference fees may be a barrier for some people. To help ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate, we have a social fund. With the social fund we can reduce the conference fee for participants who face financial barriers. Money in the social fund comes from:
Is the conference fee a barrier for you to attend the conference and would you like a social discount? We warmly invite you to contact info@eudec2025.org and ask for a social discount. The exact reduction amount depends on the available money in the social fund and the amount of people who ask for a social discount.
We support parents to fully participate in the conference:
This creates a caring community where parents can join sessions of their choice while knowing their little ones are in good hands.
The main conference language is English. However, we understand that not everyone is equally comfortable speaking or understanding English.
You can indicate in the registration form if you would like language support and which languages you speak. We’ll help connect you with other participants who can assist with informal translation.
While we cannot provide professional translation services, we aim to create a supportive multilingual community where everyone can participate meaningfully.
If you have any specific accessibility needs, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We are committed to making every effort to accommodate you, so you can fully enjoy the conference.
At the venue, there are accessible toilets and showers available for wheelchair users.
Together, we’ll ensure everyone can fully participate in the conference.
Volunteering options
Would you like to volunteer the days before the conference, during the conference and/or the days after the conference? Yes, great.
Only volunteer option B is still possible. What means 24 hours of volunteering.
And currently, there are only volunteer spots left during the conference week.
If you would like to be a volunteer, please contact info@eudec2025.org before registering. We will check if there are still spaces available. If there is availability, you will receive a code to use during registration.
