Camping options

Camping in your own tent. Bring your own camping equipment (tent, mat, sleeping bag), towels and toiletry.
Camping with your own camper – 40 EUR per camper spot. (Electricity connection is provided; water connection is not provided.)
Renting a glamping tent for 2 or 4 persons

In 2 buildings are dormitories with 4 to 10 beds
Shared toilets and showers in the hallway
Bed with pillow is provided

Bed options

Bring your own sheets, blanket or sleeping bag
Rent sheets and duvet for 25 EUR per bed. Afterwards they will be donated to charity

Don’t forget to bring towels and toiletry.

We will try to accommodate people who register together in the same room.

In this case we ask you to arrange your accommodation yourself.

There are several accommodation options near the venue, such as:

Glamping tent options

Renting glamping tent with 2 beds: 450 EUR per tent (225 EUR pp)
Renting glamping tent with 4 beds: 520 EUR per tent (130 EUR pp)

Glamping tents are only available for week tickets

Accommodation before and after conference

You have the option to arrive 1 or 2 days earlier or stay 1 day longer at the venue:

Wednesday, July 30 to Thursday, July 31 (arrival possible the whole day)
Thursday, July 31 to Friday, August 1 (arrival possible the whole day)
Thursday, August 7 to Friday, August 8
⚠️ Important: On August 8, you must clean your room and leave the building before 8 a.m.

Since the camping areas are not available on these nights, it is only possible to book a bed in a dormitory. If you choose camping (own tent or glamping tent) during the conference, you will need to switch accommodations for these extra nights.

These days food is not provided, but a kitchen is available for use. The nearest supermarket is 2 km away, near the train station

15 EUR per dormitory bed per night.

Cleaning

We kindly ask you to clean your room when moving to another accommodation at the start of the conference and on the 8th of August in the morning (before 8 a.m.).

Baby 0-1 year old Free	Babies, 0-1 year olds, are welcome for free. In the dormitory is no bed provided for the baby.
5% group discount	If you register 10 or more people at once in the same accommodation, you receive a discount of 5%. Extra options: sheets and duvet for dormitory bed, glamping tent, place for camper, and extra nights before and after the conference are excluded from the calculation of the 5% discount.
